Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund/Rescheduling Ticket booked through Online, refund will be done to their respective Credit Cards/Debit Cards/Bank Accounts according to the Bank procedure. No refund will be done at our ticket booking counters
Cancellation Charges for Confirmed Tickets
The amount deducted is based on the time of cancellation and the status of your ticket at the time of cancellation. Detailed explanations are given below:
- From 2 Hrs To 0 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 100% amount will be deducted.
- From 12 Hrs To 2 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 50% amount will be deducted.
- From 48 Hrs To 12 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 25% amount will be deducted.
- For cancellation done anytime before the 48 Hrs of scheduled departure time, 10₹ amount will be deducted.
Full (100%) of the tickets will be refunded, if the service is cancelled by MST for non-operation of the bus or any other reasons.
Reservation Fee is non-refundable except in case of 100% cancellation of tickets, if we cancel the service for operational or any other reasons.
Payment Gateway Service charges will not be refunded for service cancellation/ failure transactions in e-ticketing.
Partial cancellation is allowed for which cancellation terms & conditions will apply.

All eTicket cancellation refunds may process through payment gateway, i.e. passenger may get refund amount in their bank account/card /wallet through which they book eTicket. To cancel booking made through a registered account, Please login and cancel the ticket
